Templates are a great way to reuse content for common tasks. This is particularly helpful for cover letters, customer service responses, or birthday greetings.
Creating Templates
- Open the Compose window.
- Fill in the subject and body of your template.
- Save the template by going to File > Save As > Template.
Your template will be saved in the "Templates" folder in the "Folders" pane on the left hand side of the main Postbox window (If you don't have a "Templates" folder, saving a template will create it for you.)
Close the new message window.
Using Templates
- Click on "Templates" folder in the "Folders" pane on the left hand side of the main Postbox window to list all your templates.
- To use the template, either double click on it in the list of templates or select it and go to Message > Resend.
