Postbox Support Policy

Please note that as of August 30th, 2018, our Support Policy has changed.

Prior to submitting a Support Request, please make every effort to search for the answer you need on our Help Center, make sure that you are running the most current version of Postbox, and/or follow our recommended Troubleshooting procedures.

If you require technical support after performing these steps, please file a Support Request and we will do our best to assist you. 

Please note:

  • Only the most recent version of Postbox (as available on our Downloads page) is supported. Please download and install the most recent version of Postbox prior to submitting your support request.
  • Unredacted Configuration Data must be submitted with each support request.
  • Postbox profiles that have been modified by any user or third-party add-on/application outside of the Postbox User Interface are ineligible for support.
  • Installing, configuring, or troubleshooting third-party applications is outside the scope of support provided by Postbox.
