Please note that as of March 31st, 2016, our Support Policy has changed.

If you require technical support, please file a Support Request and our team will do their very best to assist you.

Only inquiries that relate to the most recent production version of Postbox (as available on our Downloads page) will be answered. If you are on an earlier version of Postbox and require technical support, please upgrade to the most recent version of Postbox at our online Store.

Prior to submitting a Support Request, please make every effort to search for the answer you need on our Help Center and/or follow our recommended Troubleshooting procedures.
