If you need to forward an example message or messages to Postbox support, please follow these instructions exactly.
(Failure to follow these instructions will result in the email being trapped by our support framework's SPAM filters!)
- Within Postbox, right-click the message and select “Save As..." from the contextual menu, then save the message to your Desktop.
If you have a problem selecting the message, try taking Postbox offline first, then select the message. - Compress the .eml file(s) into a .zip archive.
- Attach the .zip file to your support ticket.
