Account Login Unexpectedly Fails and Asks for a New Password

Your company may be using a single sign-on platform such as Okta, Bitium, Microsoft Azure, or RSASecurID. Platforms like these allow employees to sign in to all of the company’s authorized online applications using a single login.

Each platform has its own system for maintaining the integrity of passwords, and may require you to reset yours occasionally. If this happens, the password you used when you set up your account in Postbox will no longer work. 

To solve this problem, switch to your browser and navigate to the company platform’s landing page—it’s likely you’ll find your password needs to be reset. After you enter a new password, return to Postbox and enter the password in the dialog above to successfully log in to your email account.
