Self-Help Resources

If you require technical assistance with Postbox, please refer to the following support resources:

  1. We always recommend that you search or browse through our User Guides, Knowledge Base Articles, and FAQ
  2. We have a very specific set of Trouble-Shooting Steps that we recommend all Postbox users follow.
  3. Since Postbox is based on Mozilla code, you can search the popular MozillaZine forums to see if any questions are similar to the ones that you have.
  4. Try searching Google, as it is very likely that other people have posted similar questions/answers to the web, particularly for issues that relate to POP or IMAP protocol issues that are common to all email clients.
  5. Additionally, we're currently evaluating a number of different Forum solutions that will enable Postbox users to collaborate and share ideas.  We thank you in advance for your patience as we work towards a solution on this front.

Please note that as of July 9th, 2012 we no longer provide one-on-one support to customers who purchase Postbox at the discounted price of $9.95.  All support efforts are currently dedicated towards providing better documentation and self-help solutions so that users can more quickly find the answers they need within our Support Portal.

One-on-One Support

Legacy customers who purchased Postbox at full price on or before July 8th, 2012 have active one-on-one support accounts.  If you are a legacy customer, please be sure to log into the support portal WITH THE EMAIL ADDRESS USED TO PURCHASE POSTBOX, and follow the instructions for contacting support.
  • If you cannot remember the email address used during your purchase, please use our License Key Lookup and enter all known email addresses
  • If the email address used to purchase Postbox is no longer working, please submit an Email Address Change Request
