Overview

The Favorites Bar appears just under the toolbar, and it provides a way for you to easily slide the Accounts / Folders pane open or closed, in addition to quick access to accounts and folders.  The Favorites Bar is particularly useful if you wish to keep the Accounts / Folders pane closed for power email triaging!

To show or hide the Favorites Bar, go to View / Show / Favorites Bar/

Adding Folders

To add a folder to the Favorites Bar, select the folder in the folder pane and drag and drop it into the favorites bar.

Removing Folders

To remove a folder from theFavorites Bar, right click on the folder in the Favorites Bar and choose Remove From Favorites from the contextual menu.

Known Issues / Limitations

• There is a bug in Postbox 3.0.0 that is preventing folders that are subfolders from being dropped into the Favorites Bar. We are working on this for the next update.
• You cannot reorder accounts or folders
• You cannot file messages by dragging them to the accounts selector
