Am already logged in WITH my "purchase email address". There is no "submit request" available anywhere. (I think I have opened every page on this site). Yes, I have submitted previous support request.
AND I have lost ALL use of my POSTBOX sofltware with the 1.1.5 update. No folders available and NO buttons work.so I need to submit a request.

Closed. I had two different email addresses registered.

I haven't lost functionality of Postbox, but I do have a question that to the best of my knowledge is not answered in the forums, and I have the same experience that I see no "submit request" link anywhere on the site. I am logged in and have only one email address registered. So I now have two questions... where is the "submit request" link on this site? And my original question I was looking for an answer to, when I click on a link in an email within Postbox and my browser is not already running, why does it open two instances of the browser? I'm running on OS X 10.6.3, have Postbox 1.1.5 and use Firefox 3.6.3 as my default browser.
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

yes, I can't find "submit a request" either. This is ridiculous - I have an urgent problem.

Pendimar and Rjeskow, you need to log into the portal using the same email address used when you purchased Postbox. Then you should be all set.

Unfortunately, I have tried that. In fact it's the only email address I've ever tried to log in with and I know it's the one I used to register. So it must be something else. I do appreciate your efforts to help though. If you have another suggestion that would be great.
